Index of Galleries

There presently are eight photo galleries defined by topic (e.g., Bird Portraits) or theme (e.g., Impressions) and also a Portfolio Plus gallery comprised of photos selected from the eight topical or thematic galleries. In some cases, the same photo appears in two of these non-portfolio galleries. For example, the same photo may appear in one of the three Wildlife galleries as well as in one of the three Regions and Places galleries, or a photo from my book gallery may appear also in a second non-portfolio gallery. The Impressions gallery and local Hoyt Arboretum gallery, each with more than 50 photos, are the two largest galleries. The photos in these nine galleries all are formatted using 16x9 aspect-ratios.

In addition, two galleries are comprised of select photos derived from the same originals as for the other galleries but reformatted using 12x8 or 7x5 aspect-ratios, respectively. These alternative aspect ratios are traditionally used for making prints, whereas photos with 16x9 aspect-ratios are especially well-suited for use as computer-screen backgrounds. In addition, I have used about a dozen of the alternative aspect-ratio photos to create a variety of 7"x5" folding cards; please use this website's Contact Me page if you are interested in purchasing any. For folks in the Portland area, I can sell either cards or aluminum prints via in-person Point-of-Sale transactions.
